The one constant in life is change. And let's be honest, change is hard! We think we're in control, but there is so very little in our actual control. I know this firsthand.
I’ve had more than my fair share of change and loss. The kind of losses that shattered my sense of identity and security. But I wouldn't change a thing about those losses. I landed on the other side even more powerful, more resilient and a master in the art of surrender.
Surrender isn’t giving up; it’s the ability to accept reality as it is, without the exhausting struggle against it. It’s the difference between constant suffering and the willingness to invite peace. I certainly would not have chosen the storms that shaped me, but I’ve learned how to overcome and see the lesson in the struggle. Those experiences of loss are my foundation from where I coach others. Its the Phoenix emerging stronger after a period of destruction and hardship. Its death and rebirth. Its alchemy.

How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is a partnership with a focus on goals or personal development and orients towards the future. Therapy is for more significant emotional distress, anxiety, depression or trauma and orients more towards how the past impacts the present. Coaching is for developing skills and strategies for getting unstuck with actionable steps. Therapists have the training and credentials to provide diagnosis and support for mental health conditions.
What can I expect during a coaching session?
During a coaching session with me, you can expect a supportive and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your challenges and aspirations. I will hold space, listen actively, offer guidance, and work in collaboration with you to explore solutions and pave the way for personal growth.
